Service Description

We reserve one slot per day for animals who are ill or injured. These appointments are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The cost of the same-day urgent care appointment is $250 and must be scheduled by phone. 510-806-8860. A credit card reservation is required and a 48-hour cancellation fee for the full payment is strictly adhered to,

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your time and loyalty. We request a minimum of 48 hrs notice if you need to reschedule an appointment that you have booked. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hrs. notification, will result in the full exam fee charge. We appreciate your understanding and honoring of our time, as we honor and value yours.
