Service Description

We can accomodate up to 2 pets total within one appointment slot. If you would like to schedule more than 2 pets, then please contact us on our contact form on the web page, or call us at 510-806-8806 so that we can arrange for extra time to take care of everybody.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your time and loyalty. We request a minimum of 48 hrs notice if you need to reschedule an appointment that you have booked. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hrs. notification, will result in the full exam fee charge. We appreciate your understanding and honoring of our time, as we honor and value yours.
